Commissioner Soares accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Neves met Country Manager of UNODC Programme Office in Indonesia, Mr. Troes Vester to discuss the proposed programs of Strengthening Anti-Corruption Institutions in Timor-Leste funded by Norwegian Embassy in Jakarta and implemented by UNODC for the next three years, 2014-2017.
