Dili – Four Anti-Corruption Specialists (EAK) who worked at the Anti-Corruption Commission (CAC) of Timor-Leste completed a short training course from October 29th to November 9th at Smile Group Yogyakarta Indonesia. They attended the course in the areas of Leadership for Top Management and Audio Visual (Video Shooting & Editing) courses.
The purpose of the training is to improve the trainee’s ability to perform better in the respective job at the Anti-Corruption Commission. The training program realized based on each unit Annual Action Plan (AAP) that approved by the National Parliament and the budget was allocated in the Human Capital Development Funds (FDCH).
There are some important points that participants gained during the training course are; Procurement Negotiation & Contracting Strategy, Key Performance Indicator, Business Feasibility Study, Various tools and facilities at MYOB to protect and limit Data Access, Manage Petty Cash, Important Strategies for Fixed Assets, End of Month Reports, Human Resources Management & Analysis, Man Power Planning & Organizational Structure, Recruitment and Selection and video editing techniques using adobe premier pro cc, mastering and burning (factory and WinX DVD Author formats).
The four anti-corruption specialists are; Chief of Financial Management and Logistics Unit Maria Virginia Belo, Chief of Planning, Procurement and Contracting Unit Sergio Goncalves, Chief of Support Personnel Unit Luis Ersio Guterres and the Media person Florentino Gusmão Goulart. (*)
